Job Purpose
- To monitor the company fleet, ensure trucks are moving safely and efficiently, and provide timely information to the operations team when there are delays, breakdowns, deviations or other issues.

Responsibilities
- Monitor all trucks through the tracking system and calls and follow up on unusual stops, delays and route deviations.
- Maintain daily records of truck movements, trips, loading, offloading and delays.
- Immediately report breakdowns, accidents, route issues or other incidents.
- Coordinate with drivers, Transport, Workshop and Management when action is required.
- Prepare daily and weekly tracking and distance reports.
- Ensure tracking information is accurate and properly recorded.
- Identify areas where technology or better procedures can improve fleet control.
- Follow up on outstanding issues until they are resolved.

- Maintain fuel and allowance records and timely orders and payments.
- Creation of orders for trucks loading and monitor no delays at loading point.
Requirements
Computer knowledge is a must; good knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
Experience
- with GPS/fleet tracking systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple trucks at the same time.
- Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
