The position
The Registrar will lead and coordinate the College’s academic administration and student records functions, ensuring effective management of admissions, student registration, academic records, examinations, results, certification and student progression. The Registrar will also contribute to establishing efficient, accountable and compliant academic administration systems for the College’s diploma-level teacher
Education
programmes.
The position will report to the Academic Manager/Head of Academic Affairs and/or designated College Management and work closely with academic staff, students, MECP-Z management, government
authorities and other relevant stakeholders

Support quality assurance, programme reviews, inspections, accreditation and regulatory compliance processes;
Provide responsive academic administrative support to students and coordinate effectively with the Academic Manager, Diploma Teachers and College management; and
Strengthen academic records, information-management and administrative systems of the College.
The
Administration, Educational Management, Administration, Records Management, Public Administration or a related field from a recognised institution;
Relevant
institution;
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential academic and student records and digital information systems;
Strong computer, organisational, communication and coordination skills; and
Knowledge of
regulatory and quality-assurance
