The Role
The successful candidate will combine commercial leadership with strong credit judgment, financial discipline, regulatory credibility and the ability to build a high-performing Institution.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute AML's 2025-2030 strategy and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Strengthen credit quality, portfolio monitoring, collections and recovery.
- Diversify funding and improve systems, technology and operational efficiency.
- Build a high-performing leadership team and a strong culture of accountability.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Board, regulators, investors, lenders and customers.

Experience

in banking, non-bank finance, SME finance, microfinance, development finance or a related field, including senior executive leadership.
Proven success in delivering growth, transformation and sustainable profitability.
Strong knowledge of SME credit and portfolio-quality management.
