We address community needs through relevant programs, focusing on girls, young women, and women. YWCA Tanzania is part of the global YWCA movement in over 125 countries, founded in 1855 and formally established in 1894. YWCA is the world’s oldest women’s movement. In Tanzania, YWCA was founded in 1959 and registered as a national organization in 1969 with its headquarters in Dar es Salaam. Currently, YWCA Tanzania has 20 operating branches and three groups across the country.

The Caretaker for Children with Cerebral Palsy is responsible for providing comprehensive daily care, support and supervision to children with cerebral palsy residing in a boarding facility. The caretaker will assist with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, medication administration and emotional support, ensuring a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment. The caretakers are also expected to rotate and stay overnight with the children as part of their duties.

Responsibilities
