Our client, a Global Animal Nutrition & Agribusiness company, is looking for a hands-on Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The role will have a strong focus on bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, supplier management, documentation, and filing, while supporting financial and operational processes linked to imports and customs clearance.
This is an opportunity for an organized and proactive accounting professional who can bring structure to existing processes, improve financial systems, and gradually grow into a broader role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Manage supplier accounts, statements, and payment follow-ups.
- Support accounting documentation related to imports and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records, filing, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Track outstanding invoices, payments, and supplier balances.
