Position Available: Swimming Coordinator
Job Summary
The Swimming Coordinator is a mid-management role responsible for the operational, academic, and physical management of the aquatics program and facilities at Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC). This role encompasses curriculum execution, including K-12 Physical
Education
swimming and strategic asset management, as well as facility upkeep of the pool. Beyond leading daily aquatic operations, safety protocols, and competitive coaching, the coordinator will serve as the project owner for major facility enhancements. This includes directing aquatic capital plans and managing capital projects valued at $40,000+ (e.g., major pool structural repairs, filtration system overhauls, and facility upgrades) in alignment with HOPAC’s long-term strategic budget.
