The Service Crew Trainer – Expert ensures that employees possess the technical skills, safety knowledge, and operational competence required to perform underground support, maintenance, and utility installation activities effectively and safely. The position plays a critical role in building workforce capability, promoting operational excellence, and fostering a strong safety culture. Through coaching, competency assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, the trainer helps ensure that all service crew members meet operational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while supporting the achievement of production objectives.
Responsibilities
