Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety standards, conduct hazard identification using Take 5 tools, report incidents promptly, and comply with underground operating procedures. Install underground air, water, and dewatering service lines according to company standards. Install, maintain, and extend secondary ventilation fans and ventilation ducting. Operate and maintain electrical submersible pumps for underground water management. Clean, inspect, and maintain mono pumps, pipelines, ladders, and landing platforms. Install, grout, and tension cable bolts according to geotechnical specifications. Hang, retrieve, and secure electrical and jumbo trail cables underground. Operate underground equipment, including Integrated Tool Carriers (ITC), underground light vehicles, and articulated dump trucks. Support underground heading preparation by transporting and delivering ground support materials, mesh, and lifter tubes. Transport tools, consumables, pumps, personnel, and materials between underground work areas and storage facilities. Manage stock levels at underground laydown areas and storage facilities. Perform housekeeping activities and any other duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor. Qualifications: Completion of Secondary School Education. Vocational Training from a recognized institution.
