Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Company Safety, Health, Environment and Community policies, procedures and PMS safety standards. Promote a proactive safety culture through incident reporting, continuous improvement and safe work practices. Coordinate the activities of HAP and militia security contractors and ensure compliance with Company policies. Supervise, mentor and motivate team members to achieve departmental KPIs. Coordinate departmental schedules, reports, presentations, correspondence and project timelines. Manage departmental records, filing systems, incoming correspondence, emails and document archiving. Ensure timely communication of decisions, memos and other departmental information. Maintain accurate records, bookkeeping and effective internal control systems. Administer site access requests, access control procedures and badging systems. Assist in responding to emergencies and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions. Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law or a related field. Previous
in the mining industry with a good understanding of security operations. Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving and time management skills. High level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, lead teams and build effective working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
