Industry: AUTOMOTIVE HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of automotive components, equipment, general administrative supplies, and services. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, supplier performance, inventory availability, and efficient procurement processes to support the company’s production, warehouse, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for automotive parts, equipment, general administrative supplies, and services. Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, pricing, supplier capabilities, and product availability. Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service level agreements with suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and resolve supplier-related issues. ajira Collaborate with workshop, warehouse, and administration teams to ensure timely availability of required materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track procurement performance and prepare periodic procurement reports. Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards. Perform any other duties assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
