Position: Procurement and Supplies Officer
Position
Summary
The Procurement and Supplies Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely acquisition of quality goods and services at competitive prices, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and enforcing compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities in line with approved budgets and plans
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain an updated supplier database and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory
Requirements
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation
