We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead the establishment’s high-performing workforce, implement best-practice human resource and administrative systems, and foster a culture of excellence that reflects our commitment to exceptional guest service.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Human Resources & Administration Manager will provide strategic leadership in all aspects of human resource(s) and administration across the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing robust HR policies, systems and procedures, attracting and developing talent, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and overseeing the Company’s administrative support services to enable efficient business operations.
Key
in the hospitality, tourism, hotel, or lodge industry will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated

Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor legislation.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
