Job Summary Statement
We are seeking a skilled, motivated young Tanzanian with Fitter Mechanic level 1 or relevant qualification from VETA or any other institution recognized by NACTE to fill the position of helper mechanic at Irrigation service section within TPC LTD.
Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)
Assisting mechanic in performing daily preventive pump maintenance on all irrigation pump within TPC estate.
Collaborate with mechanics in attending all mechanical pump breakdown that may occur within TPC estate.
Ensure working environment at irrigation workshop and site are clean and tidy before start working.
Follow work procedure and ensure safety among workers and use of proper PPE during working.
Performing any other responsibility as assigned by your supervisor.
Academic Qualifications
Fitter mechanic level 1, fitting and turning level 1 or relevant qualification from VETA or any other recognized institution by NACTE.
