Job Purpose

  • To lead and execute commercially driven marketing strategies across the hotel cluster that strengthen brand positioning, accelerate customer acquisition, increase direct bookings, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Work closely with the Cluster Sales Manager, Revenue Manager, and hotel operational teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives while maintaining Sales and Marketing as separate functions.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ progressive marketing experience, preferably within hotels, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Multi-property hotel marketing
