Selcom is seeking an active, field-oriented Field Fleet Officer to join the Existing Merchant Support team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting existing merchants, maintaining and troubleshooting payment devices (POS, QR codes), delivering product training, resolving operational issues, and enhancing merchant satisfaction and retention.
Job Key Duties &
Responsibilities
- Merchant Field Support:
- Conduct regular field visits to existing merchants across Dar es Salaam to provide ongoing technical and operational support.
- Payment Systems Support:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to POS terminals, QR code payment setups, and general payment transaction systems.
- Merchant Training:
- Train new and existing merchants on how to effectively operate Selcom payment solutions and hardware.
