Tele-remote Operator Trainer Job at Barrick Tanzania Posted 1 month ago by Barrick Shinyanga Job Description This role is responsible for operating and training personnel in tele-remote underground mining equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining operations. The Tele-Remote Operator Trainer supports underground development activities by applying best operational practices, maintaining productivity targets, and ensuring all activities comply with company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The position also focuses on developing the skills and competence of operators through coaching, mentoring, and practical field training. Working closely with the Development Superintendent, the successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the safe use of automation technologies within the underground mining environment.
