The company is inviting applications from motivated and innovative candidates for the following position: Position: Software Developer Department: IT Department Reports To: Head of IT Department Duty Station: Dar es Salaam Application Deadline: 18th May 2025 Job Summary We are looking for a Software Developer with strong Python development skills and knowledge or experience in ERP systems development. Experience with Frappe Framework/ERPNext will be highly advantageous. Knowledge or experience in mobile application development and Flutter development will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems Participate in ERP systems development and customization Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems Ensure system security, performance, and reliability Prepare technical documentation and system reports Collaborate with departments to identify and implement system requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field Practical experience in software development (1–3 years) Strong knowledge of Python programming Knowledge or experience in ERP systems development Knowledge or experience in mobile application development Experience with databases and REST APIs Experience with Git/GitHub Experience with Frappe Framework/ERPNext is an added advantage Flutter/mobile development knowledge is an added advantage Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be fluent in English Must be a Tanzanian citizen or legally eligible to work in Tanzania Application Instructions Apply Here Applicants should include links to their GitHub, portfolio, or previous projects.
