Job Description Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) Work Measurements (civil, Buildings, electrical, and mechanical works) Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders Preparation Tender and Contract Documents/Tendering Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow Contract Preparation and management of Sub-contractors Preparations of interim Payment Claims on Monthly Basis Preparation and evaluation of Subcontractor’s Payment Claims Preparation of Final Account for Main Contractors and Sub Contractor’ Qualifications and Experience Bachelor of Quantity Surveying/BSc.
