Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Company’s commercial strategy to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Lead business-development initiatives, market expansion and customer-acquisition strategies. Drive portfolio growth and ensure achievement of business targets across all branches and regions. Oversee sales, marketing, product development and customer-relationship management functions. Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative products and services to enhance competitiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support strategic decision-making. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, business partners and clients. Lead the development and execution of annual business plans, budgets and growth strategies. Ensure effective implementation of branch-expansion and market-penetration initiatives. Monitor branch performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and profitability. Collaborate with the Operations, Risk, Finance and IT departments to ensure efficient delivery of commercial objectives. Drive customer-
