Responsibilities
Business development Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement country-specific growth strategies. Generate qualified leads and convert them into business. Build a strong sales pipeline. Sales revenue and growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Upsell and cross-sell existing services. Market management Develop, review, and implement a marketing strategy that grows MTech products and services. Generate demand through marketing while the sales function satisfies supply. Implement approved marketing plans based on market conditions, strategy, and return on investment. Identify market gaps that offer opportunities for the company to maximise profits. Product and service launch, testing, and business development Research and evaluate product and service opportunities, demand for potential products and services, and customer needs and insights. Achieve a percentage increase in revenue through product pitching. Propose acceptable projected revenue streams. Customer relationship management Manage and build business relationships involving MTech Ltd and its internal and external stakeholders. Maintain cordial relationships. Derive

from these relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. Conduct regular customer visits. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer concerns promptly. Competitor analysis and market intelligence Study market changes and monitor and analyse the activities of the top 10 competitors. Advise management on the direct and indirect impact of competitor activities on MTech products and services. Identify emerging opportunities. Recommend new products or services based on customer needs. QMS, ISMS, and performance reporting Provide regular market reports. Develop, submit, and share accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual reports covering: Sales and marketing activities. Product and service performance. Ensure compliance with all QMS and ISMS requirements, including MTech QMS and ISMS

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. At least three years of
