The incumbent will deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transport services for employees, visitors, materials, and company assets while maintaining compliance with rigorous SHEQ standards. Key Responsibilities: Transport Operations: Transport authorized passengers and deliver company documents, materials, and equipment safely. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections, keep assigned vehicles clean and roadworthy, and maintain accurate logbooks and fuel records. Compliance & Culture: Strictly follow road safety laws and champion Sandvik’s Zero Harm safety initiatives. Candidate Requirements: Form IV Secondary School Education Certificate. Valid Tanzanian Driving License ( appropriate categories including C, C1, 2, 3 & E). At least 3 years of driving experience within an industrial, corporate, or mining setting. Clean driving record with zero serious traffic violations. Defensive driving and First Aid certifications are strongly preferred.
