Responsibilities
Perform daily functions including Receive, process, and verify invoices (Corporate) and review of branches payables and ensure timely payment Review and schedule payments to vendors Ensure Timely posting of corporate Bills in the systems Reconcile accounts payable and Maintain accurate records of transactions Reconciliations of respective ledgers and bank/wallet accounts Manage vendor relationships (resolve disputes and ensure timely payments) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Assist with audits and inspections Provide support to other Company personnel on need basis Perform other duties as assigned.
