Master’s degree, MBA or HR certification preferred. Minimum 10–12 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, organizational development, employee relations and talent management. At least 5 years in senior HR leadership. Core responsibilities Lead the HRBP function to align people strategies with business goals and organizational priorities. Develop and coach HRBP teams while strengthening stakeholder and cross-functional partnerships. Lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with future business and capability needs. Recommend efficient organizational structures that support productivity, cost optimization and employee wellbeing. Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development and talent review initiatives. Guide leaders and HRBPs on conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee issues. Lead HRBP support for organizational transformation, restructuring, and culture change initiatives. Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, governance standards and data confidentiality. Competencies Strong strategic leadership, business acumen and decision-making capability. Stakeholder management, collaboration, workforce planning and change management.
