Head of Compensation and Benefits Job Vacancy at Mixx by Yas (July 2026) Full Time Tanzania July 26, 2026 Management Job Overview Head of Compensation and Benefits Job Vacancy at Mixx by Yas (July 2026) Head of Compensation and Benefits Yas Tanzania Dar es Salaam Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS and Financial modelling. 8–10 years of experience across HR operations and HR systems management. Demonstrated experience in managing the C&B aspects of a large organization. Core responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive Total Rewards philosophy and strategy that supports rapid growth and diversification. Lead the annual compensation review cycle (salary, bonus, equity), ensuring consistency and fairness across operating companies. Conduct deep market analysis to benchmark roles against relevant sectors (Telecom, Tech, FinTech) to ensure competitive positioning. Partner with the Group C & B and subsidiary to model the financial impact of rewards decisions and present recommendations. Oversee cross companies’ benefits portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and relevance across diverse workforce. Establish and enforce C&B policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards which ensures data Integrity across all companies. Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson) and benefits brokers on different employees schemes. Manage and lead annual budget plans. Competencies Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Attention to details. In depth understanding of HR Operations.
