Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations, loan documentation workflows, and disbursement procedures. File Review & Compliance: Capability to audit and verify loan files, ensuring complete alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
