Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in financial management, operational procedures, or accounting within microfinance or banking. Financial & Accounting Expertise: Proven competence in bank reconciliations, AP/AR, cash flow management, budgeting, and routine reporting. Regulatory Compliance: Clear understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations, financial controls, and reporting requirements. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and modern accounting or credit management systems. Core Competencies: High ethical integrity, strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational ability, and effective communication.
