This role is designed for hospitality professionals who enjoy interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive until their departure. As one of the first points of contact within the hotel, the Lobby Ambassador plays a vital role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, supporting check-in procedures, promoting hotel services, and ensuring every guest receives personalized and professional assistance throughout their stay. Responsibilities: Provide professional, friendly, warm, and engaging customer service at all times. Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay. Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Escort guests from the hotel entrance to the check-in area. Bid farewell to guests and ensure a positive departure experience. Promote and maintain the standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection Program. Interact with guests through the coffee and dates station. Attend to guests waiting in check-in queues and provide assistance when needed. Greet guests during breakfast and inquire about their satisfaction with hotel services. Provide personalized attention to Club Rotana Guests, VIP Guests, and Rotana Rewards Members. Utilize the Tablet Registration Tool to register guests while awaiting check-in. Support smooth and efficient guest registration and check-in processes. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns. Generate revenue opportunities by taking restaurant reservations and promoting hotel services. Identify potential sales leads and communicate them to relevant departments. Inform guests about hotel promotions, packages, events, and special offers. Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Provide accurate recommendations and information to guests. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment is preferred. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Additional language skills will be an added advantage. Knowledge of guest service standards and hospitality operations.
