Additionally, the Company distributes high-quality brands of welding and related consumables, as well as medical oxygen-related appliances, within Tanzania and the neighbouring countries through distributorship arrangements. The secretariat of the Board of Directors of TOL Gases PLC does hereby invite shareholders to nominate suitable candidates to be elected to fill one vacant position of Board Membership. Requirements Demonstrated expertise and experience in at least one of the following areas: Engineering Manufacturing Technical operations Human capital management People leadership Digital transformation Information technology (IT) Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters Together with the ability to provide strategic oversight and contribute to effective corporate governance at Board level. Applicants are required to be nominated/proposed by a Shareholder who is duly qualified to be present and vote at the meeting and has signed the proposition to concede his/her willingness to be elected. Any shareholder who would like to nominate/propose a person for election to fill the Board Membership position may submit the following to the Secretary not later than 30th July 2026: Notice of his/her intention to propose such a person, signed by the proposed person, conceding his/her willingness to be elected.
