This role is intended to move beyond traditional personnel management and will focus on creating the people systems, culture and organizational practices required to support a high-performing and continuously improving enterprise. 2.0 Key duties and responsibilities Lead culture and organizational development. Drive performance management and accountability. Develop leadership, learning, and succession programs. Oversee administration and workplace operations. 3.0 Qualification and experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. 10+ years’ Human Resource experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. Proven expertise in organizational transformation and performance management.
