Applicant Qualifications Must be female, neat in appearance, and attentive to personal hygiene. Must have at least one (1) year of experience working at a counter, lounge, bar, hotel, or restaurant. Must hold a Certificate-level qualification or higher. Applicants with a background in Accounting will be given priority. Must possess good customer service skills and the ability to communicate respectfully. Must be honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. Must have computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel; proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems will be an advantage. Must be willing to work shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Must reside in Kigamboni or the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Serving customers at the counter professionally and respectfully. Accurately processing payments and issuing receipts. Handling cash and systematically handing over sales records. Preparing daily sales reports. Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
